| STEP-2 | Complete the Registration Sheet and send the Image of your Exhibit for the leaflet and URL site | 1st – 20th August, 2011 Complete the Registration sheet and send it with Exhibition Image data to the office. Image data will be used for the Exhibition leaflet and site. The data should be in pdf or Jpeg Form. |

Methods of exhibition
Poster Panels； 1 or 2 sets
1set; 841mm(width) x 741mm(height) + 841 mm(width)×1189 mm (height)
Refer to the figure on the below.
The Exhibition Organizer takes charge of making print from your presentation data and display on the Panel.
Posters should be readable by viewers.
The presentation should be clear and understandable without oral explanation.
This convention will expect many international visitors, hence the main language is English, though a Japanese summary is also acceptable.
Your company‘s display will be shown in the “2050 EARTH CATALOGUE” leaflet Format: A4/50 pages (planned)
The relevant display items will be presented on the Exhibition web site.
Further, we will list your company name and link to your web site.
■Please keep the display items to within the size given in the figure above.
■Use of flame, smoke, smoke screens, neon lights, strong lighting, heat, odors, or loud noises is prohibited.
■Presentations that inconvenience other exhibitors or guests is prohibited.
